FEAT STUDIO — STORE POLICY

Sales Policy

All Feat Studio pieces are made to order and crafted specifically for each collector. For this reason, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

We encourage collectors to review all product details carefully and to contact us with any questions prior to purchase. We are happy to provide additional information, photographs, or guidance to help you make an informed decision.

Original Sculptures vs. Collectibles

Feat Studio operates two distinct product tiers. Original sculptures are unique, one-of-a-kind works conceived, fabricated, and hand finished in the studio. Collectibles are limited edition replicas produced through FDM 3D printing and hand finished by hand. Both tiers are made to order. Minor variations in finish and surface are inherent to the handmade process and are embraced as part of each piece's individual character.

Custom Commissions

We welcome custom requests and provide quotes for personalized commissions. Customizations may include finish, color, scale, or other design details. Please contact us to discuss your project and we will guide you through the process.

As with all Feat Studio products, custom orders are final sale.

Studio Visits

We invite collectors to experience the work in person before purchasing. Studio visits are available by appointment at my Brooklyn studio. Private virtual viewings can also be arranged. Please contact us to schedule a visit.

Sculpture Care & Maintenance

Wipe with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners, solvents, or scouring pads that may scratch or dull the finish.

Subtle shifts in tone and texture are natural to the hand-painting process. Avoid exposure to direct sunlight, moisture, or harsh chemicals. Place pieces on stable surfaces, away from direct impact or sudden temperature changes. While durable, resin can be fragile if mishandled.

Shipping & Delivery

All Feat Studio pieces are made to order. Lead times vary by product and are listed on each product page. Shipping begins once your piece has been completed and inspected in the studio.

Domestic (UPS Ground or 2nd Day Air): Orders ship after the stated lead time. Shipments are fully insured and require signature upon delivery.

International (UPS Worldwide Express): Customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees applicable in their country. These charges are collected by the carrier or local customs authority prior to or upon delivery and are not included in the purchase price.

Packaging: All pieces are carefully inspected, wrapped, and packed in custom protective packaging to ensure safe arrival. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details at checkout. If an order is returned due to incorrect address information, additional re-shipment fees may apply.

Handcrafted in Brooklyn

All Feat Studio pieces are designed, produced, and finished in our Brooklyn studio. From digital modeling to casting, hand finishing, and final inspection, each step is completed in-house with close care and oversight.

Warranty

In the rare event that a piece is damaged during transit, please notify us within 5 business days of delivery. We require photographs of both the packaging and the damaged piece in order to assist with your claim and coordinate next steps.

Feat Studio pieces are covered by a one-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use, improper installation, mishandling, or normal material variation over time. Repairs or replacements are provided at Feat Studio's discretion.
